1/2 pound Keilbasa — (halved length-wise

— and sliced thinly), — up to 1 8 ounces dry pasta — (twists, shells or

— Penne) 1 16 ounce can Italian Stewed Tomatoes — (cut up, do NOT

— drain) 1 can French Onion Soup

In skillet, brown Keilbasa slices. Stir together in skillet. Season to taste wi th salt, pepper, soy sauce, onion flakes, garlic, or whatever spices you enjoy. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to lowest setting. Cover pan and simmer 30 minute s until pasta or rice is tender. Stir occasionally to prevent rice and pasta fr om sticking. Stir in cheese, if desired. Serve.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.

To Bake in Oven:

1. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and cover tightly. 2. Bake at 350 F fo r about 1 hour.
