18 Corn husks

1/2 c Sesame tahini
6 tb Vinegar, brown rice
3 Garlic cloves; minced
3 tb Parsley, fresh; chopped
2 tb Tamari
To make filling: Blend filling ingredients in a food processor to make a thick paste. Add a bit of water, if necessary, to achieve desired consistency. Fill and cook tamales according to “Tamales: Basic Procedure”.
