4 lg Avocados (peel and halve)
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/16 t Garlic powder
1/4 c Butter or Margarine
2 T Green onion (chopped)
1/2 t Celery salt
1/16 t Cayenne pepper
1/4 c Flour
2 c Light cream
2 c Chicken (cooked & minced)
1 c Sharp Cheddar (grated)
Roll outside of peeled avocados in lemon juice to keep color. Put in large baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and garlic powder. Melt butter; add green onions, celery salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. blend in flour. Add cream. Cook while stirring until thickened. Fold in chicken and 1/2 cup cheese. Bake avocados at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. remove to serving plates.
