1 deep dish pie crust

1 pint whipping cream or evaporated

milk 4 eggs

4 ounces Swiss cheese

1 small onion

Green pepper — (optional) Mushrooms — (optional) 1/4 teaspoon red pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 pound ham — (can use bacon,

— sausage, OR any meat)

Mix cream, eggs, pepper, salt together. Put ham, onions, mushrooms, green peppe r, and cheese in pie shell. Pour cream mixture over and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Recipe from “One
