3 ea SQUARES BAKERS CHOCOLATE
1 1/4 c SUGAR
1/4 c FLOUR
1/4 ts VANILLA
3 x LARGE EGGS
1/4 c PECANS (IF DESIRED)
1 x ICE CREAM (IF DESIRED)
MELT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE IN A DOUBLE BOILER OR MICROWAVE. BEAT IN SUGAR FOLD IN FLOUR AND NUTS. TURN ONTO GREASED 9″ PIE PAN. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 20 – 30 MINUTES. CENTER SHOULD BE MOIST. DO NOT OVER COOK.
SERVE WARM WITH ICE CREAM.
