2 lb Boneless chicken breasts

1 c HONEY

2 c Bread crumbs

1 c Ground walnuts

1 x Salt to taste

1 x Pepper to taste

Roll chicken breasts in HONEY and then into mixture of walnuts and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
