1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tsp. honey
2 Tsp. lemon juice
1/8 Tsp. curry powder
1/8 Tsp. salt
2 red snapper fillets
cooking spray 1/8 Tsp. paprika
2 Tsp. chopped parsley
Mix together mustard, honey, lemon juice, curry powder and salt. Place fish fillets in a 9-inch square baking dish which has been coated with cooking spray. Pour mustard sauce over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Uncover and broil for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley; serve immediately. Serves 2 at 190 calories per serving.
