2 tsp vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic — crushed
500 grams beef strips
185 grams snow pea pods, fresh — trimmed
2 zucchini — chopped
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
PINEAPPLE SALSA 1/2 fresh pineapple — peeled, cored, chopp
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh chives — snipped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 fresh red chilli — chopped
Heat oil in wok over medium heat. Add sesame seeds and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes or until seeds are golden. remove from wok and set aside. Add beef to wok. stir fry 2 minutes or until brown. add snow peas, honey and soy and oyster sauces. Return sesame seed mixture to wok and stir fry for 3 minutes or unti;l sauce thickens to make salsa, place pineapple, sugar, chives, lime juice and chilli in a bowl. Toss to combine. serve with beef
