1 1/8 Cups Water — lukewarm

3 1/4 Cups White Bread Flour

1/3 Cup Dry Milk

1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt

1/4 Cup Butter

3 Tablespoons Honey

3 Tablespoons Beaten Egg

1 1/4 Teaspoons Yeast

Add ingredients to Automatic Bread Machine according to manufacturers instructions.

The honey in this recipe makes the loaf prone to a darker crust; use a “light crust” setting when possible. This recipe may be made using regular and rapid bake cycles.

This dough makes great dinner rolls.

During kneading, dough may appear wet. This is normal.
