4 eggs

4 strips bacon

3 ounces ham

6 ounces Swiss cheese

1 cup skim milk

1 diced onion

Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup shredded lettuce

1 teaspoon savory

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon chervil

Prepare a favorite pie shell. Saute bacon and onion. Mix eggs with milk and sea sonings. Add ham, bacon, cheese, onion and lettuce. Pour into a pie shell that has been partially baked. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Recipe from “One Mill ion Recipes CD”
