1 c Butter

6 tb Sugar

2 c Flour

2 c Hazelnuts; chopped

1 ts Vanilla extract

Powdered sugar 1. In medium bowl, cream butter well; add sugar and cream mixture well

again until light. 2. Add flour and mix well. Add hazelnuts and vanilla, stirring to combine. Chill dough 6 hours or overnight. 3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Form dough into balls about the size of small walnuts. 4. Bake

about 10 minutes. While still warm, roll cookies in powdered sugar. —–
