3 tb Vegetable oil
1 c Thinly sliced carrots
1 c Sliced green onions
— including tops 2 c Cooked brown rice
1/2 c Seedless raisins
1 tb Sesame seed
1/2 ts Salt
Cook carrots in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until tender crisp. Add onions and apples; cook 5 minutes. Stir in rice, raisins, sesame seed, and salt. Cook, stirring until thoroughly heated.
