1 md Green pepper — diced
1 Stalk celery — chopped
2 c Okra — sliced (fresh or
-frozen) Salt and pepper to taste 1 cn Italian-flavored crushed
-tomatoes 1 t Garlic powder
ds Tabasco sauce 1 c Whole kernel corn, fresh or
-frozen
Saute onion, green pepper and celery in a small amount of water until soft. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve. May be served over rice for a main dish. From the files of DEEANNE
