1 package chocolate pudding mix

1 cup milk

1/2 cup sour cream

1 angel food cake, — (9 or 10-inch cake)

1 cup heavy cream

3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar

shaved chocolate

Combine pudding mix and milk; cok until mixture boils. Cool slightly; stir in sour cream. Chill thoroughly. Split cake in 2 or 3 layers. Spread chocolate mixture between layers.
