1 c Grapenuts 1 Egg, well beaten
2 c Milk 3 c Flour
1/2 c Sugar 4 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
Combine grapenuts, egg, and milk. Let stand 1/2 hour, add sugar. Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking powder and salt. Add to first mixture. Mix thoroughly. Pour into well-oiled loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven (400 F) about 1 hour. 1 loaf. Mrs. George Hale, Geary, OK. —–
