4 tb Soy sauce; divided

2 tb Lemon juice; divided

1/4 ts Garlic powder

3/4 ts Ground ginger

4 Chicken breast halves withou

2 tb Honey

1 tb Water

Vegetable cooking spray Combine 2 tablespons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and ginger; pour over chicken, stirring to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes. Combine remainin soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and water. In wok or large skillet, brown chicken; add honey mixture. Over medium heat, cook 5 minutes. Over high heat, cook uncovered an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is glazed; stir occasionally. —–
