1 pk Butterscotch morsels (6 oz.)
2 tb Instant coffee
1/4 c Water
1 c Butter
3 c Flour
1/2 ts Soda
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Buttermilk
4 ea Eggs
Melt together in double boiler butterscotch morsels, coffee, and water. Cream together butter and sugar and add to butterscotch mixture. Combine flour, soda, salt and add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Add eggs one at a time. Beat at medium speed. Bake in greased 12-cup, 10- inch Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before
