1 pound beef top round steak — cut 1 inch thick
1/4 cup A-1? Steak Sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 cloves garlic — crushed
Combine steak sauce, oil, pepper and garlic. Place steak in bag; add marinade, turning to coat. Close bag securely and marinade in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, turning once. Remove steak from marinade; place steak on broiler in broi ler pan so surface of meat is 3-4 inches from heat. Broil 15 to 18 minutes to d esired doneness (rare to medium rare) turning once.
