1 c Sugar free carbonated bev;
Sparkling water or club soda -Any flavor COLD * 1 c Fresh fruit; sliced *
Mint leaves; optional *Choose flavors based on your choice of fruits and carbonated beverage. (Example: strawberry gelatin, strawberry sparkling water and sliced strawberries and bananas OR orange gelatin, club soda and mandarine orange sections. You get the idea. ) Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add beverage. Chill until slightly thickened. Add fruit. Pour into individual dessert dishes. Chill until firm, about 1 hour.
