2 tb Oil

2 Garlic cloves

4 Carrots, shredded

2 tb Tamari

4 tb Nutritional yeast

1/4 ts Fresh ginger, minced

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic for 1 minute. Stir in carrots & remaining ingredients. Stir fry for a few minutes, until carrots are just tender. Serve. “The Cookbook for People Who Love Animals”
