2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cup buttermilk – up to 3 cups
2 tablespoon oil
Mix together dry ingredients.
Beat 2 eggs, add 2 1/2 to 3 cup buttermilk (to the eggs) and 2 tablespoons oil
Make a whole in the middle of the dry ingrediants and pour the wet in. Try to do as little stirring asd possible. It should be lumpy.
