1/2 lb Lean pork
2 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Sherry
1 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Chinese five-spice powder
1 ts Cornstarch
3 tb Vegetable oil
Cut pork into 2×1-inch strips. In a medium bowl, toss pork strips with soy sauce, sherry, sugar, salt, five-spice pwder, and cornstarch until evenly coated. Let stand 10 minutes. In a wok, heat oil over high heat until smoking. Add pork and stir-fry until done, about 3 or 4 minutes.
