1/3 c Butter
1 1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 1/2 ts Basil leaves
2 tb Chopped green onions
6 Fresh sole or orange roughy
-fillets cut in half 1 lg Ripe tomato, sliced
12 sl Montary jack Cheese
2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 350F. In 13×9 baking pan melt butter. Stir in garlic and basil and grn onions. Dip both sides of fillet halves into seasoned butter. Set half of fillets aside & other half place in pan…layer with 2-3 slice cheese and 1 slice tomatoe. Cover with remaining fillet half & sprinkle w/parm cheese.
