PATTI – VDRJ67A—– 3/4 lb Smoked raw ham — 1×1/2″

Strip 30 ml Garlic — mash to paste

5 lb Beef pot roast

1/2 Bell pepper — mince

4 tb Oil

1 Onion — mince

2 c Tomato puree

Salt & pepper Fancy Mexican Pot Roast-Rub ham strips with garlic and insert into indentations which have been made with a sharp knife in the pot roast. Rub roast well with salt and pepper. Brown on all sides in hot oil. Combine onion, pepper and tomato puree. Pour over Recipe By : —–
