1 1/2 c Creamed cottage cheese

; (low fat curd) 1 c Canned pumpkin pulp

3/4 c Egg substitute

8 tb Brown sugar

2 tb Vanilla extract

1 1/2 ts Pumpkin pie spice

1 pn Salt

Ready to fill graham -cracker crust Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Process cottage cheese, pumpkin, egg substitute, sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Blend until smooth.
