Coconut 1 c Chopped nuts

1 ea German chocolate cake mix

(2 layer type) 1 Stick softened margarine

1 lb Powered sugar

8 oz Cream cheese

Cover the bottom of a 9″ x 13″ x 3″ baking dish with coconut. Cover the coconut with nuts. Prepare cake mix per package directions. Pour over nuts. Combine margarine, powered sugar and cream cheese and beat until smoooth. Spread over cake batter. DO NOT STIR! Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Turn out onto tray (coconut should be on top).
