5 lb Chuck, ground, 20% fat

1 c Ritz cracker crumbs

1 c Applesauce

1 Envelope onion soup

5 ts Msg

5 tb Worcestershire

1 tb Hot pepper sauce

1/2 ts Garlic sauce or garlic juice

Mix lightly and form into patties. Cook on medium high sweat grill or over medium hot charcoal. This is as close as you can get to the hamburgers from the (now defunct) Thomasville, NC Morning Glory diner.
