8 Chicken breasts; boned,

-skinned 1 Bottle teriyaki sauce

1 tb Minced fresh ginger

1/2 c Vidalia onions

Juice and pulp of one orange 1/4 c Grated orange zest

Mix all ingredients; heat marinade to a boil and then let it cool. Pour over chicken breasts at least two hours before grilling or even overnight. Source: Ladue News 5/23/97
