7 1/2 pounds pork — ground
4 ounces salt
1 ounce black pepper — ground
1 1/2 ounces Accent? seasoning mix
1 ounce cayenne
3 ounces light brown sugar
1 ounce Louisiana? hot sauce
1 ounce paprika
3 ounces Lea & Perrins? Worcestershire Sauce
3 whole fresh green onion — chopped
