-potatoes; puree 1 1/4 c Sugar

1/2 c Butter or margarine; melt

1/4 c Evaporated skim milk

3 Eggs

1 ts Ground nutmeg

1 ts Vanilla

3/4 ts Lemon extract

1 9″ unbaked deep-dish pie

-shell Preheat oven to 350~. In processor combine all ingredients except crust. Process until well-blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and pie is golden-brown. —–
