Pumpkin cheesecake – 2 ts Unsalted butter; melted

1 lb Cream cheese

3/4 Granulated sugar

2 tb All-purpose flour

1/2 ts Salt

3 Eggs

1 ts Vanilla

1 c Pumpkin puree

1/4 ts Ground cinnamon

1/4 ts Ground allspice

1/8 ts Ground cloves

Semisweet chocolate ganache — 1 c Heavy cream

2 tb Unslated butter

2 tb Granulated sugar

12 oz Semisweet chocolate
