3 c Rice, cooked
1 ea Egg yolk
1 ts Curry powder
1 ea Green pepper, chopped
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 tb Butter
1/4 ts Cayenne
1 ea Onion, chopped
Saute’ onion and green pepper in butter until onion is tender. Stir in curry powder, slightly beaten egg salt, pepper and cayenne. Mix into hot rice; Sprinkle with chopped olive if available.
