3 oz Turnips — sliced 1/4-inch

-thick 3 oz Broccoli flowerets — in bite-

-size pieces 3 oz Chickpeas — cooked

3 oz Barley — cooked

2 tb Fresh chives — minced

2 tb Soy oil

1/2 ts Curry

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Steam turnips and broccoli for 8 minutes. Combine with remaining ingredients. Mix well. Serve warm. From DEEANNE’s recipe files
