1 cup Flour

2 tablespoons Cornmeal

1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Paprika

1 Egg

1/2 cup Milk

1 pound Weiners

Sift all dry ingredients together. Slightly beat egg and stir in milk. Pour int o dry ingredients and stir to mix well. Pour into tall glass for dipping. Insert sticks into weiners and dip in batter one at a time. Deep fry ’till golden brown at 375 degrees.
