2 c Cooked AM Brown Rice

— (Medium Grain) 1 c Cooked whole grain wheat

-OR- rye or red lentils — (or sprouted instead) 1 Green bell pepper; chopped

1 Red bell pepper; chopped

1 md Purple onion; sliced thinly

1/2 c Mayonnaise

1/2 c Plain yogurt
