3/4 c Lard
1 c Sugar
1 1/2 c ;water, hot
1 tb Salt
2 pk Yeast – in
1/2 c ;water; warm
9 c Flour (approximately)
Let rise until doubled. Punch down and pat in buttered pans. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the top. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until done.
