2 Lb. cod — cut in serving
pieces 1/2 Pt. sour cream
3 shallots — minced
1 Lb. mushrooms — sliced
2 Oz. grated Parmesan
1 Tbsp. dill
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
seasoned flour* bread crumbs
*Salt, pepper, paprika, wheat germ and sunflower seed. Saute shallots, then saute mushrooms. Remove from heat, add dill and parsley; reserve. Rinse fish; pat dry and dust with seasoned flour. Arrange 1/2 mushrooms on bottom of buttered baking dish, cover with fish and top with mushrooms. Sprinkle on grated cheese; spoon on sour cream. Top with bread crumbs, dot with butter. Bake in 375 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
