4 Eggs; beaten
1 1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter; melted
1 tb Vinegar
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Coconut; flaked
1 Pie shell, 9″, partially
-baked Toasted flaked coconut (OPT) Combine first 6 ingredients. Beat well. Stir in 1 cup coconut; pour into partially baked pie shell. Bake at 325~ for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool on wire rack. Garnish with toasted coconut. From Southern Living, Sept. 1986. —–
