1 c Flour, all-purpose

3/4 c Sugar

2 ts Cocoa powder

2 ts Baking powder

1/2 ts Salt

1/2 c Milk, skim

2 ts Oil

1 ts Vanilla

Nonstick veg cooking spray 3/4 c Sugar, brown

1/4 c Cocoa powder

1 3/4 c Hot water

Recipe by: The T-Factor Diet Book by Martin Katahn Sift together the flour, sugar, 2 tblspoons of cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk, oil, and vanilla, mixing by hand until smooth. Pour into a 8x8x2-inch baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick

spray. Combine the brown sugar, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, and water and pour over batter. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings. —–
