1/2 c Parsley; Firmly Packed
1/2 c Parmesan Cheese
1/2 c Vegetable Oil
1/4 t Salt
3 ea Cloves Garlic
1/4 c Pine Nuts; 1 oz
Place all ingredients in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in a blender container; cover and process until well blended. Makes about 1 1/4 cups Pesto
