LYNN THOMAS DCQP82A 8 ounces cream cheese — softened

2 cups cold milk

1 package chocolate or fudge instant

pudding mix 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder (for mocha)

1 9″ baked pie shell OR

graham cracker crust pecans whipped topping or whipped cream

Beat cream cheese until light. Add milk. Beat. Add instant pudding mix. Can add instant coffee powder. Beat for 1 minute. Turn into baked or graham cracker crumb crust. Sprinkle with pecans. Chill or freeze for several hours. Serve with whipped cream or whipped topping.
