1 c Packed brown sugar
1 tb Flour
2 Eggs
5 tb Butter; melted
2 tb Milk
2 ts Vanilla extract
7 oz Dry-roasted macadamia nuts
=(about 1 1/2 cups) 6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
1 c Shredded or flaked coconut
1 Unbaked pie crust/9 inch
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar and flour. With a fork or wooden spoon (not an electric mixer), beat in eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla. Stir in nuts, chocolate chips, and coconut until well mixed. Turn into pie crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until just barely set. Let pie cool, then refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours. JM —–
