Removed 1/3 cup Butter or margarine
—–FILLING—– 2/3 cup Sugar
2 Large eggs
16 ounce Cream cheese
1/2 cup Amaretto liquer
—–TOPPING—– 2 ounce Semisweet baking chocolate

Sugar to taste Toasted almonds Milk to consistancy Chocolate curls
CRUST: Crush cookies in blendr, food processor, or roller. Melt butter or margarine, mix with crushed cookies. Mixture should be crumbly. Press into 9″ pie plate. FILLING: Mix first 3 ingredients. When smooth, blend in Amaretto. Pour into cookie crust. Bake at 300 F for 50 Minutes. TOPPING: Melt chocolate and blend with sour cream. Sweetened to taste. Slowly add milk to pouring consistancy. Spread on top of cooled cheesecake. chill. Top with toasted almonds, some dyed with red food coloring, and chocolate curls. ** From KCBX-TV (PBS)-fall fund raising drive winner.
