3 tb Dry sherry
1/2 ts Fresh ginger, grated
3 tb Soy sauce
1/2 c ;Water
2 tb Minced green onion
3 tb Rice wine vinegar
2 tb Hoisin sauce
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Sesame oil
