1 small Onion — minced

1 tablespoon Butter

1 cup Tomatoes — chopped

Salt And Pepper — to taste 1 cup Jalapeno Peppers — seeded and chopped

8 ounces Cream Cheese — cubed

1 cup Half And Half

Saute onion in butter. Add tomatoes, green chilies, salt and pepper. Simmer 1 5 minutes. Add cubed cream cheese and stir to melt the cheese. After the chee se has melted, add enough milk or cream to make it dip consistency. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
