1/4 c Lemon juice
2 tb Olive oil
1 ts Oregano
1 ts Basil
1 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper

1 tb Cornstarch
1 cn Mushroom gravy(10-1/2 oz)
1 cn Mushroom,sliced(4 oz) drain
1 ts Onion, minced
1 tb Parsley
1 ts Garlic powder
Place chicken in a roasting pan. In small bowl, comnbine lemon juice, oil & seasonings. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375 deg for 45 min ir til lightly browned. Turm chicken twice & baste occasionly. Remove from oven. For the gravy, combine water & cornstarch in pan. Stir in remaining ingredients & bring to boil over med heat. Spoon over chicken. Cover loosely with foil./ Bake, basting frequently for 1 hour or til chicken is tender. 4 P, 1 1/2 F, 1 V, 1/2 B
