1 pk Yeast

1/4 ts Sugar

1/4 ts Ginger

2 1/4 c Flour, bread

1/2 c Flour, wheat

2 tb Gluten

1 1/4 c Instant stuffing mix

1 tb Onion, dried, minced

1 ts Salt

1/2 ts Poultry seasoning

1/3 c Celery, fresh; 1/4″ pieces

1/4 c Mushrooms, canned, drained

1 Egg

1 tb Vegetable oil

1 c Chicken broth

1/3 c Water

3/4 c Chicken breast;cooked& diced

Heat chicken broth and water together. Place all ingredients except chicken in pan in the order listed. Select white bread setting and press “Start”. Add chicken at the “beep”, just before the end of final kneading.
