1 8 ounces can crescent dinner rolls — (see note)

1/3 cup shredded Jack cheese

3 tablespoons barbecue sauce

8 frozen breaded chicken chunks

1 egg — slightly beaten

sesame seeds

Separate dough into 8 triangle and flatten each slightly. Place about 2 tsp che ese, 1 tsp barbecue sauce and 1 chicken chunk on shortest side of each triangle . Fold 2 corners over chicken chunk; roll to opposite point. Pinch edges to sea l. Place point side down on greased cookie sheet. Brush with egg; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in preheated 375 degree F oven for 12 to 18 minutes or unti l golden brown. Makes 8 rollups.

NOTE: Tonight I used one of the recipes for chicken pocket dough (I used one le ss teaspoon of sugar in mine). I liked it much better. The rollups didn’t seem as rich as with the crescent rolls. I put double the recipe in each pocket thou gh otherwise there seemed like there was too much dough. I also left off the se same seeds.
