1 To 3 to 3 1/2 lb whole
-frying chicken, skinned (or -use 3 lb Skinned chicken breasts) 2 tb Olive oil
2 tb Lemon juice
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 ts Oregano
2 tb Dry white wine
Source: MAINPOUL.ZIP (Low salt, low fat) pepper to taste If using whole chicken, cut chicken in half. Blend marinade of all the remaining ingredients. Soak chicken for 10 minutes. Bake in greased pan @ 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender. Serves 4.
