1 tb Onion; minced
1 Cl Garlic; minced
1/2 ts Powdered cumin
1/2 ts Coriander; crushed
1/4 ts Turmeric
Chicken parts 1/4 c Oil
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Lime juice
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Brown in oil. Push to one side. Saute onion and garlic. Add cumin, coriander, turmeric, and soy sauce. Cook, covered, stirring frequently, about 20 minutes. Add water as needed. Sprinkle with lime juice just before serving. —–
